较详细地介绍了在设计柳州钢铁厂Ｒ８米罗可普型连铸机中所采用的先进连铸工艺以及其设备结构的特点和投产情况。与采用链式引锭杆的连铸机进行比较表明：这种新型连铸机具有显著的优点。
The feature of advanced continuous casting technology and equipinent construction of R8m Rokop billet contincous casting machine and its operating conditions are introduced in dctail.Compared with the chain dummy bar continuous casting machine,the new one has remarkable advantage.
