摘要
根据单向拉伸、内耗和正电子湮役的测试结果,指出在ELC─BH钢板中存在着固溶C原子和空位优先结合机制,该机制所导致的C原子──空位对的形成是使常温时效性减小的原因,传统的AI值已不适合于衡量该板的常温时效性。
It has been pocinted out in this paper that the mechanism which a solid solution carbon atom prior combines with a vacancy exists in ELC-BH steel sheet based upon the experimental results obtained from the uniaxial tension.inner energy loss and position annihilation tests.And the formation of partners of c atoms and vacanvies caused by the mechanism is the reason why the ageing characteristic of steel sheet in room temperature decreased.Hence tranditional AI-value has not been suitable for evaluating the ageing characteristic of the sheet in room temperature.
