高血压病患者左室肥厚与血清脂联素水平的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨高血压病患者左室肥厚(LVH)与血清脂联素(ad iponectin)水平的关系。方法选取47例高血压病并LVH患者(Ⅰ组),51例高血压病无LVH患者(Ⅱ组);采用放免法测定血清脂联素水平,将LVH指标左室质量指数(LVM I)与血清脂联素浓度进行相关性分析。结果Ⅰ组血清脂联素水平显著低于Ⅱ组(6.92±1.96 vs 7.83±3.24,P<0.01);LVM I与脂联素呈负相关(r=-0.268,P<0.05)。结论脂联素可能是抑制高血压病患者LVH的重要物质。
