大豆异黄酮对AD大鼠模型海马caspase-3表达的抑制作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察大豆异黄酮对Aβ25~35诱导的Alzheimer病(AD)大鼠模型海马组织caspase-3蛋白表达的影响.方法 Aβ25~35双侧海马注射制备AD大鼠模型,分组后给予不同剂量大豆异黄酮,免疫组化法观察大豆异黄酮对大鼠海马组织caspase-3蛋白表达的影响.结果与对照组相比,模型组caspase-3蛋白表达阳性率明显升高,大豆异黄酮治疗组caspase-3蛋白表达明显降低.结论大豆异黄酮抑制caspase-3蛋白的表达和减少海马神经元凋亡可能是其改善大鼠的学习记忆功能的作用机制之一.
