摘要
主要阐述了在知识经济条件下,中式快餐标准化生产及信息化的现状,以及如何建立先进的管理信息系统辅助中式快餐标准化生产管理。本文从中式快餐标准化生产及信息化的现状、系统分析、系统的功能设计、系统的实现和系统应用五方面分析了中式快餐标准化生产建立的餐饮生产管理信息系统。
This paper discusses the present situation of standardized production and informatization of Chinese fast food and how to establish advanced management information system in the knowledge-based economy. It has elaborated on the establishment of an information system for standardized production and management of Chinese fast food from five perspectives, namely, practical need, system analysis, functional design, system realization, and system application.
