Relationship Between Restenosis and Gene Polymorphisms

再狭窄是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗领域的难题。分子流行病学的研究表明,遗传因素是再狭窄的危险因素之一,寻找再狭窄相关的关键基因对于研究再狭窄的发生机制及其防治具有重要的理论和应用价值。有限的资料表明,参与再狭窄的某些蛋白质的基因多态性与再狭窄的发生有相关性。

Restenosis is a major problem in the field of pereutaneous coronary intervention.The studies on molecular epidemics indi-cate that genetic risk markers for coronary artery disease are in part involved in the restenosis after angioplasty. Searching for genes playing key roles in the restenosis is of great value to the theory and clinical application. Limited data suggest some gene polymorphisms are associated with restenosis.
