Tei指数及其临床应用
Tei Index and Its Clinical Application
摘要
Tei指数可以反映心脏收缩及舒张的整体心功能变化,并且Tei指数不依赖心室的几何形态及瓣膜反流,可以准确地估测心脏功能并且具有简便、敏感性高、重复性好等优点。现就Tei指数估测心功能的原理、测量方法、应用情况及存在的问题综述如下。
