结合博泰.江滨威尼斯住宅小区二期工程3#楼的设计修正,针对近年来新建住宅小区的设计,特别是高层住宅小区设计中存在的某些弊端及缺陷,提出“人性化居住空间”的设计原则:室内空间的舒适性;室外环境的均好性;建筑与环境的互动性。

Aiming at the design of new residential quarters constructed in the latest years, especially at some shortcomings existing in the design of tall-building residential quarter, and combining the design and modification of 3# Building of Botai. Bingjiang Venice Residential Quarter Phase-Ⅱ Project, the design principle of ＂Humanization Dwelling Space＂ is put forward： comfortable indoor space, uniform outdoor environment and interacting building and environment.
