摘要
以80%乙醇为提取溶剂,芦丁为标准品,用分光光度法于510nm处测定赤胫散中总黄酮含量为3.33%。
the total flavonc was drawcd by 80% ethyl alcohol and measured by spcctrophotomctric method. Its content is 3.33% in polygonum runcinatum Buch.-Ham.
