摘要
在玉米粉培养基的基础上,适当改变其组成成分,使培养基增强了防霉能力,并可以得到肥大的果蝇三龄幼虫,适合唾液腺染色体观察。
Through modifying the components properly according to original components of Culture Medium of Corn Powder, the capability of the culture medium to resist mildew can be enhanced and get fat larva of Drosophila can be got whose salivary chromosomes are easily watched.
