摘要
以世界优秀男子三级跳远运动员的技术与成绩为基础进行分析,得出当今世界男子三级跳远的技术特征与发展趋势是:(1)助跑速度与上板速度加快;(2)技术风格朝着有利于减少各跳水平速度损失的方向发展;(3)起跳的准确性和摆动技术有待加强。
The thesis make an analysis based on the technique and achievement of world famous triple jump athletes, getting the technical characteristics and developing trend of nowadays＇ men＇s triple jump are： 1 The accelerating of running up speed and going up board speed; 11 The developing of technical style towards the reducing of every jumping speed; 111 The strengthening of the taking off speed and swinging technique.
