摘要
通过某仪表厂运用价值工程的基本原理和方法,改进产品设计、降低生产成本的实证分析,说明在激烈的国内外市场竞争环境下,价值工程是企业内提升产品竞争力的有效途径。指出应当结合现代整体产品的概念,系统的运用价值工程;阐明把价值工程作为管理理念和思维方式来推广的重要性。
Based on empirical analysis of improving product design and reducing production costs with basic principles and methods of VE, this article explains that VE is an effective way to endogenously promote the competitiveness of products of enterprises under the environment of fierce domestic and intemational market competition; points out that VE should be used systematically combined with the modem concept of whole products and emphasizes the importance of regarding VE as the idea of management and mode of thinking to be popularized.
