针对大口径埋地燃气管道的周期性腐蚀壁厚测量,采用超声波轮式探头,装配在管内行进车上,可以对管壁厚度进行测量,文中给出测量系统的硬件电路和软件处理程序,测量精度达到0.
To problem of detecting periodically rusty wall of underground large-diameter gas pipe, a sort of roller ultrasonic probe is used. Assembled on a moving-car in the pipe it can detect thickness of pipe-walL The circuit of this detection system is introduced in this paper and the software program is involved as well. The precision reaches O. 1mm.
