含油污水精细过滤技术研究

The study of fine filtration used in the oil contaminated water

针对含油污水过滤处理中的问题,开发出了一种新型助滤剂,利用该助滤剂预涂层可保护滤芯免受油的污染,通过实验确定了助滤剂预涂层的最佳参数。实验结果表明,使用该助滤剂预涂层可以有效地处理含油污水,过滤以后水中油的质量浓度小于5 mg/L,悬浮固体的质量浓度小于1 mg/L,悬浮物颗粒直径中值小于1μm。

A new type of filtration aid is developed successfully in order to solve the problems in the process of filtration to the oil contaminated water, by which the pre-coat is formed to prevent the filter element from being contaminated by the oil. The optimized parameters of the pre-coating process are determined by means of the pilot study. It is proved that this technology can treat the oil contaminated water effectively, the oil content and the suspended matter content fall to less than 5 mg/L and 1 mg/L respectively,the mean dimension of the suspended matter is less than 1 μm.
