介绍了扬州石油化工厂应用ADV微分浮阀塔板对气体分离装置进行改造的情况。工业应用结果表明,装置处理量从3.6×104t/a增加到5.6×104t/a,丙烯产出率由改造前的85%提高到93.52%,装置能耗下降了10.39%。

Yangzhou Petrochemical Complex transbrmed the gas separation unit with ADV floating valve trays. The industrial application results show that the processing capacity has increased from 3.6 × 10^4 t/a to 5.6 × 10^4 t/a,and the yield of propylene has raised from 85 percent to 93.25 percent. Meanwhile, the energy consumption has reduced about 10.39 percent.
