渣油超临界萃取釜快开结构CAD系统

摘要 针对超临界萃取釜快开结构开发了卡箍式快开结构CAD系统,介绍了该系统总体结构、功能模块以及关键技术,分析了系统的特点。该系统通过对快开结构的设计计算,将所得设计结果保存到数据库管理并且生成相应的计算书,通过编程在AutoCAD环境下可实现参数化绘制零部件图样。 The process of petroleum residue supercritical extraction decides the extraction kettle need to adopt quick-opening structure. According to the process characteristic, a computer aided design (CAD)system of clamping bands quick-opening structure is built. The main framework of the system, functional module and key technologies are introduced respectively. After the designing calculation, the needed result has been preserved in databases and created a calculation sheet. Meanwhile, the needed project drawings can be drawn parametrically under the environment of AutoCAD by program.
