摘要
建立了顾客对等待时间的满意度与物流设施和需求点间的距离之间的函数关系,描述了时间满意度函数的拟合方法并给出了函数的拟合原则,最后以集覆盖问题为例说明了时间满意度函数的应用。
The paper establishes the function relationship between the customer satisfaction with waiting time and the delivery distance from a logistics facility cite to the customer＇s cite, describes the curve fitting methods and principles for time satisfaction function and finally, taking set covering location problem as an example, explains the application of time satisfaction function.
