针对装卸勤务工作中野战仓库选址问题的特点,在对评价指标体系进行规范化的基础上明确了决策过程,以方案的灰色关联度作为评判准则,建立了决策模型。并结合实例进行分析验证。

According to the characteristics of field depot in transportation service, the paper establishes the decision model with Correlative Degree of Grey of multi-object and describes the decision process based on standardizing the evaluation index system.
