分析了跨国公司供应链管理的特点及其几种主要模式:戴尔模式、海尔模式和摩托罗拉模式,论述了跨国公司供应链管理与物流管理的关系,最后从供应方、销售方和公司内部角度对跨国公司的物流策略进行了分析。
The paper analyzes the features of supply chain management of transnational corporations and several main modes, i.e. Dell, Haler and Motorola, discusses the relations between SCM and logistics management and analyzes their logistics strategies respectively from supplier, retailer and corporation herself.
