物流效率化目标下的企业间协作模式研究

通过对企业提高物流效率的协作途径分析,提出了企业在供应链管理、共同物流以及物流外包条件下的垂直、水平与复合协作模式,并简要分析了企业建立协作关系四要素,即原则要素、目标要素、体制要素及技术要素。

Analyzing the collaborative ways to raise logistics efficiency, the paper puts forward a vertical, horizontal and complex collaborative mode under the conditions of SCM, joint logistics and logistics outsourcing and briefly analyzes the factors to build up collaborative relationship.
