Residential Design and Plan Suitable for the Mode of Community-based Tending For Retirement

根据我国人口老龄化急速发展的现状,通过对老年养老方式的分析,探索我国可行的养老模式。针对我国目前以家庭养老为主,社会养老功能薄弱的现状,提出重视“社区养老”设计,使小区设计更加全面,并具备健全的养老功能。

According to the present situation of the rapid increase of aged people in our country, the paper analyzed the manners of aged people spending the rest of their days in retirement and probed the practicable mode of it in our country .At present, family-based tending for retired people is very popular, while the social tending is very weak in our country. Here the thought of ＂community-based tending for retirement＂ is put forward. The residential design is more comprehensive and have perfect functions for retired persons.
