血清锌与T细胞亚群在RAU患者中的检测及分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对复发性口疮(recurrent aphthors ulcer,RAU)患者锌及T细胞亚群的测定,探讨锌与T细胞亚群在RAN患者中的变化及相互关系。方法选择RAU患者50例,健康成人(正常对照组)40例作对照研究,分别取静脉血光谱分析仪测定锌含量和用间接免疫荧光法检测T细胞亚群并加以比较。结果RAU患者的锌含量明显低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T淋巴细胞亚群中CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8明显降低,CD8则升高,与正常对照组均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RAU患者血清锌与CD3(rs=0.195,P>0.05)、CD4(rs=0.212,P>0.05)、CD8(rs=-0.253,P>0.05)、CD4/CD8(rs=-0.168,P>0.05)的相关性均无统计学意义。结论RAU患者血清锌和T细胞亚群功能低下,但二者的相关性无统计学意义。 Objective: To detect the changes and relationship of zinc and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU) .Methods: The venous bloods were collected from 50 patients with RAU and 40 adult healthy persons, the zinc was detected by spectrometry and T lymphocyte subsets by indirect immunofluorescence. Results: The serum zinc in RAU was lower than that in normal subjects [ (0.7125 ± 0. 0695)mg/L vs (0. 9639 ± 0. 1293) mg/L, (P 〈 0.05) ] ;T lymphocyte subsets also changed, CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 decreased (P 〈 0.05) and CD8 increased significantly( P 〈 0.05). There were no statistical differences between Zn and CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8(rs = 0. 195, P 〉 0.05, rs = 0.212, P 〉 0.05, rs = - 0. 253, P 〉 0.05, rs = - 0. 168, P 〉 0.05 ) . Conclusion: The function of zinc and cellular immunity in RAU is low,but there is little relationship between zinc and T lymphocyte subsets in RAU.
