溶血对血清蛋白电泳结果的影响

Influence of hemolysis on human serum protein electrophoresis

目的:探讨溶血对血清蛋白电泳结果的影响。方法:用Sebia电泳仪分别测定未溶血、轻度溶血、中度溶血、重度溶血标本,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:轻度溶血时P>0.05,差异无显著性,但中、重度溶血时影响Albumin、Alpha-2及Beta区带,结果差异有显著性。结论:轻度溶血结果可以参考,但不应用中、重度溶血标本进行蛋白电泳。

Objective：To discuss the influence of hemolysis on human serum protein electrophoresis. Methods：The hydrasys of Sebia was adapted for measuring normal samples and slightly,medium and heavy hemolytic samples.The results were compared with statistics. Results： When hemolysis is slightly, the results had not significant difference （P〉0.05）, but medium and heavy hemolysis would irdluenee albumin,alpha-2 and beta section of eleetrophoretie samples,with significant difference. Conclusion： The results of slightly hemolytic samples can supply references to clinic. Do not use medium and heavy hemolytic samples in protein electrophoresis.
