仕泰栓配伍米索前列醇用于人工流产的临床观察

Clinical observation of compound naproxen suppositories and misoprostol for artificial abortion

目的:仕泰栓配伍米索前列醇用于无痛人工流产的疗效观察。方法:将300例早孕妇女随机分成仕泰栓配伍米索前列醇(简称米索)组、仕泰栓组、对照组。仕泰栓1枚(0.4g),术前30分钟塞入肛门,米索600!g术前3小时顿服,观察孕妇的反应。结果:仕泰栓配伍米索组能明显减轻疼痛,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低人工流产综合征的发生率。术中宫颈松弛、术后子宫收缩好,与其他两组比较差异有显著性。结论:仕泰栓配伍米索进行无痛流产疗效好又经济。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of compound naproxen suppositories combined with misoprostol for painless artificial abortion.Methods：300 early pregnant women were randomly divided into compound naproxen suppositories and misoprostol group, compound naproxen suppositories group and control group.One piece of compoud naproxen suppositories（0.4 g） was squeezed into anus 30 minutes before operation in the compound naproxen suppositories group.600 μg of misoprostol was taken 3 hours before operation,then the reactions of pregnant women were observed during operation and ofter operation.Results：Compound naproxen suppositores combined with misoprostol could obviously abate pain,shorten operative time,decrease bleeding,reduce the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome,with flaccid uterine cervix during operation and well-contracted uterus after operation.There were significant differences compared with other two groups. Conclusion： Compound naproxen suppositories combined with misoprostol for painless artificial abortion has better effect,and is cheap.
