组织间永久性植入放射微粒碘^(125)治疗恶性肿瘤

Malignant Tumors Treated by ^(125)I Permanent Interstitial Brachy Therapy

【目的】探讨在组织间永久性植入放射微粒(碘125)治疗恶性肿瘤的方法和疗效。【方法】对诊断明确的36例恶性肿瘤患者,在手术直视下或B超引导下将碘125粒子永久性植入瘤体内或淋巴转移途径处,进行内放射治疗。【结果】肿瘤完全消退或部分消退(CR+PR)28例,占77.8%(28/36)。患者的血清肿瘤标志物数值明显下降;治疗过程中无明显不良反应。【结论】组织间永久性植入放射微粒(碘125)治疗实体恶性肿瘤,近期疗效显著,治疗操作简单、安全,损伤小,可以作为实体恶性肿瘤的综合治疗方法之一。

[Objective]To investgate the method and effect of ^125I permanent interstitial brachytherapy in the treatment of malignant tumors. [Methods]Radioiodine-125 particles were implanted into the tumor permanently of 36 cases by surgery or guided by B ultrasound. [Results]Tumors were complete response or partial response in 28 cases（77.8 %）. The tumor markers of blood serum dropped obviously and there were mild sideeffects. [Conclusion]Solid carcinomas have remarkable curative short-term effect after implanting radioiodine-125 particles. It can he a therapy of malignant tumors.
