宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤42例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 42 Cases of Hysteroscopic Electroresection in the Treatment of Submucous Hysteromyoma

[目的]探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的临床效果.[方法]用B超监视,根据肌瘤的类型,选用不同的电切方式进行切割,对合并内膜病变无生育要求者同时行子宫内膜切除.[结果]切除肌瘤直径1.5～5 cm,手术时间18～100 min,平均40 min,42例中38例一次完成手术,无并发症发生,42例术后随访3～22个月,平均8个月,术后满意率95.23%.[结论]宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤效果好,恢复快.

[Objective]To explore clinical effects of hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of submucous hysteromyoma. [Methods]A retrospective analysis regarding curative effects of hysteroscopic electroresection of submucous hysteromyoma in 42 cases was made. [Results]The resected myoma was 1.5-5 cm in diameter. The operation time was 18-100 min（mean 40min）. The operation was accomplished on one session in the 38 cases. No complication occurred. Postoperative follow-up for 3-22 months（mean 6 months） in the 42 cases got a satisfaction rate of 95.23 % [Conclusion]Hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of submu cous hysteromyoma is effective.
