试验和试生产及批量生产结果显示:采用双枪低真空、中压电子束焊接工艺焊接横拼双金属是有效的。带材边部质量和工件的良好清洗十分重要,现在横拼双金属已投入批量生产,其物化及力学性能和表面质量均满足用户外购标准,达到90年代初国外同类产品实物水平。
