孙中山与中国法律监督体制的近代化

孙中山关于以“民权监督”、“五权制衡”、“立法控制”为主要内容的“中西合璧”的法律监督思想,指导了中华民国的立国实践,使中国法律监督体制在总体上和本质上突破了传统模式,并出现了三大转变,从此开启了中国法律监督体制近代化的新纪元,孙中山成为这一新纪元的“先行者”。

Sun Yat-sen proposed the legal supervision thought that main content was supervising with the civil fights,five right check and balance,legislate to control and with it guided founding the Republic of China.This made China＇s legal supervision system break through the traditional mode on the whole and in essence.Thus really started new era when China＇s legal supervision system melts in modem times,Sun Yat-sen becomes “ forerunner” in this new era.
