Historical Evaluation and Realistic Reflection on the Self-Determination Right

自决权作为一项集体人权,在20世纪后半叶对国家的独立、新秩序的构建起到了巨大推动作用,同时也因对自决权误读和滥用给有关国家和人民带来了巨大灾难,并对维护国家主权和领土完整、维护国际和平和良好秩序带来威胁。从历史和现实两个层面解析自决权内涵的历史变迁,有利于打击分裂主义和恐怖主义,维护国家主权和领土完整及国际秩序与和平,解决好国内稳定与和平发展等问题。

The right to self-determination as a right of collect played great part in the independence of new countries and construction of new order in the second-half of 20 century, but at the same time it bringed about enormous disaster to some countries and people because of misunderstand and abuse to the right of self-determlnation, and threatened the sovereignty, integrity of territory, international peace and better order. The article analysed the historical development of intension and present quintessence of the right of self-determination from the angle of history and reality, it have important significance in theory and reality to hitting doctrine of division and terrorism, maintaining sovereignty and the integrity of territory and international order and peace, and the solution of domestic stability, peace and development etc.
