摘要 针对如何评价供应商协同设计能力的问题,从供应商管理工作的实际需要出发,分析了评价供应商协同工作能力应该考虑的主要因素,建立了一套由对产品概念与功能设计的支持能力、对产品结构化设计与工程的支持能力、对过程设计与工程的支持能力等三个方面构成的评价指标体系.依据该评价指标体系并针对专家给出语言评价信息的特点,采用近年来国际上最新发展的LWD算子和LOWA算子,给出了一种基于语言评价信息的多指标综合评价方法.最后通过一个算例说明了给出方法的应用. The problem of how to perform an overall evluation of suppliers' co-design competence is studied according to what are actually needed in suppliers' management. An evaluation criteria system is set up involving the competence to support the conceptual design of product and functions, the constructional design and engineering implementation and the process design and manufacturing practice. Then, based on the system and linguistic assessment information, a method for multiple criteria evaluation of suppliers' co-design competence is pressented using LWD operator and LOWA operator, with an example given to show its application.
