摘要
运用博弈理论分析了企业的合作过程,提出了企业合作的信任度概念,研究了信任度对企业决策的影响,指出了企业合作的充要条件是企业间的信任度必须大于最小的“信任度”.由于企业重复合作的关联性及企业间信任度在企业重复合作中的“信号传递”效应,因此企业先前建立的合作关系对后期关系具有正激励作用,促使企业后期合作关系的产生.
The process of firm cooperation was analyzed according to game theory and the concept of trust level in firm cooperation was put forward. The effect of interfirm trust level on firm decision was studied deeply, and then the sufficient and necessary condition for firm cooperation was drawn that interfirm trust level must exceed a critical value. Because there is a correlation in firm's repeated cooperation and interfirm trust level acts as a signal transfer in firm cooperation, previous firm relation has a positive effect on sequential firm relation, which leads to successful firm cooperation in later time.
