摘要 目的比较个体发育不同阶段所得神经干细胞的体外增殖和分化情况。方法常规的神经干细胞分离培养方法,用免疫细胞化学方法鉴定细胞。结果从胎鼠所得的神经干细胞增殖能力最强,新生鼠的次之,成年鼠的较差。神经干细胞的分化更多地决定于培养条件。结论个体发育不同阶段所得的神经干细胞有不同的生物学特性。 Objective To compare the proliferation and differentiation in vitro of neural stem cells isolated from different periods of ontogeny. Methods Conventional culture method of neural stem cells and immunocytochemistry were used to identify the cells. Results The proliferation capacity of neural stem cells from fetal rats was the strongest as compared with those from neonatal and adult rats. The differentiation is dependent largely on the culture conditions. Conclusion The neural stem cells isolated from different periods of ontogeny have different biological specificities.
