摘要
目的讨论吸入性糖皮质激素对哮喘重塑模型气道纤维化的影响。方法雄性豚鼠108只,随机分为哮喘发作组(A组)、治疗组(B组)和对照组(C组)3组。每组动物分别予以卵蛋白、布地奈得、生理盐水处理,在每个时点末次激发后1 d处死,留取肺组织,观察各组气道胶原纤维的沉积情况。结果通过胶原染色发现A组气道基底膜下网状层、平滑肌周围可见较多的胶原纤维沉积,B组胶原纤维沉积明显减少,C组仅见少量胶原纤维沉积。结论吸入性糖皮质激素能抑制气道胶原纤维的沉积,但这种作用是不完全的。
Objective To investigate the effect of inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) on airway fibrosis of asthmatic remodling modle. Methods One hundred and eight guinea-pigs were divided into three groups randomly and equally: group A, group B, group C. Pigs were treated with ovalbumin, budesonide and normal saline respectively. The lung tissue specimens were collected after the guiner pigs were killed, the accumulation of collagen was observed. Results There was plently of collagen accumalated obviously in group A, accumulation of collagen was decreased obviously in group B, but there was a little collagen accumulation in group C. Conclusion ICS can prevent airway accumulation of collagen in asthmatic remodeling model, but it is not complete.
