摘要
系统地研究了尼龙1010的性能特征和成膜工艺,在确定了铝基合金制成的工件上用流化床涂覆尼龙1010新工艺的基础上,寻求尼龙1010涂覆活塞式隔膜泵工艺的最优参数和较理想的工艺流程。讨论了工件表面状况、预热温度、流化床温度、涂覆时间、塑化温度、塑化时间、淬火液温度对涂层性能的影响,通过正交试验法确定最优工艺参数,同时确定了较好的涂覆工艺流程,解决了活塞式隔膜泵的防腐蚀问题,它具有造价低、经久耐用的特点。
The fluid-bed-based technology for the preparation of nylon 1010 coating on aluminum alloy workpiece used for piston-type membrane pump was systematically studied. The optimum processing conditions were determined by means of orthogonal test. As the results, it was feasible to realize satisfactory corrosion protection of the piston-type membrane pump using the nylon 1010 coating, and the coating was characterized by lightweight, low cost and long life.
