摘要
本文详细地介绍了用分段程序升温超临界流体干燥醇凝胶法,制备纳米Al2O3和ZnAl2O4尖晶石新型催化剂载体材料的方法.并对所制备的纳米粒子采用TEM、XRD和FT-IR等现代分析测试手段进行了表面彬貌、结构、晶型和组成等的测定,掌握了纳米粒子的一些特征.
The nanoparticles of Al2O3 and ZnAl2O4 spinel were synthesized from Al(NO3)3'9H2O and Zn(NO3)2. 6H2O salt by temperature programmed supercritical fluid drying of alco gel. The properties of those nanoparticles were characterized by physical techniques including TEM, XRD, FT-IR and BET surface area measurement. It can be seen from TEM micro graphs that Al2O3 and ZnAl2O4 spinel nanoparticles are in the form of tiny fibres and small spheres respectively. XRD analysis revealed that Al2O3 nanoparticles are η- Al2O3 crystallites while ZnAl2O4 spinel nanoparticles are a mixture of ZnO and ZnAl2O4 spinel crystallites. The synthesized Al2O3 and ZnAl2O3 nanoparticles have low bulk density and very high surface area.
