摘要
用有机粘结剂将黄磷电炉原料加压成型,制备成配碳团块实验,研究了外力、加压时间、加压速度、温度和还原剂种类对团块动态比电阻的影响结果表明,与块状炉料相比,这种团决的高温动态比电阻较高,有利于冶炼过程的稳定操作。
Organic binder is used for briquetting phosphorus furnace materials to produce carbon-bearing briquette. The effect of pressing, time and speed of pressing force, temperature and reductant type on the dynamic resistivity of briquette are investigated. The experimental results show that the dynamic high-temperature resistivity of briquette is higher than that of lump burden, that is advantageous to stablizing operation and saving electricity.
