The 3rd National Assembly of Delegates of China Appraisal Society was held, Vice Premier Huang Ju was present and Addressed the Opening Ceremony

The 3rd National Assembly of Delegates of China Appraisal Society was held at the People’s Hall of Conference inBeijing from July 19th to 21st. Huang Ju, the member of Standing Committee of CPC Central Political Bureau and vicePremier addressed the magnificent assembly. In his speech, he put forward five main expectations: 1)As one of theprofessional market intermediates, assets valuers should fully participate the social economic activities, expand newbusinesses, and provide servicing and intellectual support for the building-up of the socialist market economy. 2) Takingadvantage of professional market intermediates, valuers should explore foreign markets and play an active role in “intro-duction and export”, contributing to the openness of China’s economy. 3) Assets valuation profession should take anactive part in the economic governance and supervision, and facilitate the structural reform of government. 4) Strengthenthe legal construction of appraisal profession; make the self-regulatory body play a full role; closely regulate the behav-ior of professional market intermediates. 5) Strengthen education and training and significantly improve the practicequality and ethics of valuers.
