摘要
基于PCL724卡建立了多传感器采集控制系统模型,实现了对工业现场各种传感器的采集和对工业现场的有效控制。给出了PCL724卡的特性、系统硬件设计、软件设计以及相应的软件编程实例。现场运行结果表明,该系统可以满足传感器采集的实时性和准确性要求。
It is an essential function and demand for industrial collection devices to collect flux sensor, temperature sensor, gas sensor and so on in real time. This paper builds a multi-sensor collection control system, which realizes data collection and effective control based on PCL724 card. The characteristics of PCL724 card, the hardware design of this system, software design, and its programming example. Practice proves that it can satisfy real time and veracity requirement.
