摘要 分析了减损性节水和增效性节水与水分生产率的概念,论述了农业技术在优种、培肥土壤、精耕细作、覆膜与化肥及水利技术在适时适量灌溉、输水系统减损、灌水技术、雨养农业农田基本建设等方面对提高水分生产率的作用。重点指出当前亟须加大育种投入,使流失的有机肥归田,抓好城市肥源归田、灌区输水系统管道化、山区农田基本建设3类试点,要农业与水利相结合,发挥各自优势,提高水分生产率,提高单产。 Plow land reducing, gap of water supply to agriculture adding and population increasing has put forward new need for food supplies. In this paper, water-saving by reducing loss and increasing benefit and water productivity were analyzed. The function to improve water productivity by farming technique such as excellent seed, fertilizing soil, intensive cultivation, cover film and fertilizer and water conservancy technique such as irrigation at proper time and quantity, reducing loss of water conveyance system, irrigation technique and cropland infrastructure of crop cultivated by rain were discussed. It should be done urgently at present that increasing investment in breeding, returning lost organic fertilizer to cropland, building three kinds of test unit as returning fertilizer to cropland in city, water conveyance system piping and cropland infrastructure in mountainous area. In order water conservancy and each to increase water productivity and unit yield, agriculture should be combined with advantage be brought into play.
