摘要 航空双通道永磁同步伺服系统由双绕组永磁同步电动机与两套功率电路组成,在一个通道故障时能够实现容错工作模式,以提高系统的任务可靠性。论文研究了该电动机容错工作模式下静态和动态特性、允许工作电流和转矩,通过仿真分析了伺服系统在容错模式下电机功率损耗与控制性能的关系。 A dual-channel aviation AC servo system is based on a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with dual-windings, driven by two independent power electronic circuits. If one channel of the system is fault, then the other one should become a single-channel control system, namely a control system of the fault tolerance is made for the high mission reliability. In this paper the static state and dynamic state characteristics of the motor are researched in single-channel operated mode, the allowed current is 1.4 time of the normal current and the allowed torque is 0.7 time of the normal torque in the fault tolerant mode of the motor. Finally, the relationship between the power loss of motor and the control performance of AC servo system is analyzed in the fault tolerant operation mode by simulation.
