高位头帽肌激动器矫治Ⅱ类1分类错的牙颌面效应及对髁突生长变化的影响

Cephalometric assessment of the dentofacial,skeletal and condyle effects of high-pull headgear-activator on classⅡ,division 1 malocclusions.

目的探讨高位头帽肌激动器联合矫治Ⅱ类1分类错患者的牙颌面效应及对髁突生长变化的影响。方法选择处于生长高峰期或高峰前期的Ⅱ类1分类错患者15例,使用高位头帽肌激动器联合矫治,对治疗前后的36项X线头影测量指标进行测量和比较分析。结果治疗后下颌骨长度增加,下前面高增大,髁突垂直向高度增加,Ⅱ类骨面型得到改善;磨牙达到中性关系,覆覆盖减小;平面出现变平的趋势。结论早期应用高位头帽肌激动器联合矫治Ⅱ类1分类错患者,可促进下颌骨生长发育,对于改善侧貌,改正磨牙关系,减小覆覆盖十分有利。

Objeetivc The purpose of the study was to evaluate dentofacial, skeletal and condyle effects on sagittal and vertical changes in patients treated with the high-pull headgear-activator combination. Methods A group of 15 class Ⅱ ,division 1 maloeelusions patients treated with high pull headgear- activator was selected for the study. Pre-and posttreatment lateral eephalographs were traced, dlgitized,and analyzed. Results The appliance produced a statistically growth in the mandibular body and condyles, increase in mandibular posterior dentoalveolar and lower anterior face height. It also produced class Ⅱ molar relationship correction, and a significant reduction in overbite and overjet. The oeelusal plane became flatter. Conclusion Early functional orthopedics treatment with the highpull headgear-activator combination is effective in improving class Ⅱ malocclusion eraniofaeial deformity, as well as in reducing deep overjet,overbite and severity of Class deformity, as well as in reducing deep overjet, overbite and severity of Class Ⅱ malocclusion.
