摘要
用溶液聚合法制备了丙烯酸丁酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(HEMA)/丙烯酸(AA)四元共聚丙烯酸树脂,将其中和后溶解在水中,选择了合理的溶解工艺,研究了该丙烯酸树脂水溶解行为,探讨了AA用量、HEMA用量、中和度等对其水溶性的影响,并用红外光谱表征了中和前后吸收峰变化。结果表明:该类树脂具有与不含羟基的丙烯酸树脂不同的水溶解行为,不存在初始的黏度下降过程;当w(AA)从5.2%增加到9.0%,在相同黏度时,树脂分散体的透明度增加,w(固体份)从18.46%增加到28.50%,即水溶性变好,w(AA)最低用量为6.5%;当w(HEMA)从13.9%增加到32.5%,在相同黏度时,树脂分散体的透明度增加,w(固体份)从23.76%增加到27.58%;当树脂的中和度从60%增加到100%,树脂分散体黏度增加,透明度增加。
Solution polymerization method was used to prepare acrylic resin composed of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate,2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) and acrylic acid (AA). After neutralization the resin was dissolved in water, and the best dissolution technology was chosen. Water-solubility behavior of the resin was investigated,and the influences of amounts of AA and HEMA and degree of neutralization on the water-solubility were also investigated. Structures of the resin before and after neutralization was characterized with FFIR. The results indicated that water-solubility behavior of the resin was different from that without hydroxyl group. Viscosity fall in the early stage does not exist. When the level of AA increased from 5.2% to 9.0% , solid content of the resin dispersion increased from 18.46% to 28.5% at the same viscosity and the transparence also increased,that mean better water-solubility. When the level of HEMA increased from 13.9% to 32.5% , solid content of the resin dispersion increased from 23.76% to 27.58% at the same viscosity and the transparence increased too. When degree of neutralization of the resin increased from 60% to 100% , both viscosity and transparence of the resin dispersion increased.
