二阶非线性光学聚酰亚胺的合成及性能 被引量:6

Synthesis and Properties of Second-Order Nonlinear Optical Polyimide

摘要 以1,2,4-苯三酸酐(TMA)、间氨基苯甲酸(ABA)为原料,经溶液聚合、化学亚胺化后,得到双羟基封端的聚酰亚胺(Ⅱ),使其与分散红19(DR-19)发生酯化反应,制备了一种侧链上含DR-19结构的聚酰亚胺非线性光学材料。该聚合物的玻璃化温度(Tg)为155℃,耐热温度超过285℃,在室温下放置7 d序列参数能保持初值的97.5%,具有良好的耐热性能与取向稳定性。 A novel second-order nonlinear optical polyimide,to which side chains containing NLO chromophores disperse red(DR-19) were covalently attached, was prepared by the materials of trimellitic anhydride(TMA) and 3-aminobenzoic acid(ABA) through solution polymerization and chemical imidization. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the polymer is 155℃ and can resist higher than 285 ℃ studied from TGA and DSC curves. After corona poling,the material shows excellent heat stability and can keep 97.5% of secondorder nonlinear optical properties after 7 days at room temperature,which is due to its high value of Tg.
