摘要
分析了筷笼的塑件工艺特点;介绍了筷笼注射成型模设计要点及模具的工作过程。为保证外观质量,综合地处理好产品外观要求与浇口位置及脱模方式之间的问题,简化模具结构,减低制造成本,提高了生产效率。注射模具有整体结构紧凑的特点。
The technological characteristics of the plastics spare parts of chopsticks container are analyzed. The main points of the disign and the working process of the injection mould for the chopsticks container are introduced. To ensuring the appearance quality of the product, it is necessary to well solve the problems between the appearance quality and gate locations and demoulding ways, to simplify mould structure, to reduce manufacture cost and to improve production efficiency. The injection mold is characterized by compact in structure.
