摘要
分别在丝素蛋白质溶液中添加有机溶剂苯，乙烷，硝基甲烷，二甲亚砜，Ｎ，Ｎ－二甲基甲酰胺，丙酮，甲醇，乙醇，制成丝素膜．从丝素膜的溶解性及红外吸收光谱变化中，分析了有机溶剂对丝素蛋白质溶液的影响．结果表明，不溶于水的非质子有机溶剂不与丝素蛋白质溶液相溶，因而对丝素蛋白质不产生影响．非质子极性有机溶剂和质子型有机溶剂可能引起溶液中丝素蛋白质变性、β化，使丝素蛋白质溶液凝胶化，或丝素蛋白质从溶液中析出。
The solution of fibroin protein was added seperatively with well known organic solute such as benzene,hexane,nitromethane,dimethyl sulfoxide,N,N dimethlformamide,acetone,methanol,ethanol,then was turned into fibroin film.The change of fibroin protein influenced by organic solute was analysed with the solubility of fibroin film and change of infrared absorption spectrum.The results showed that aprotic solvent, which is not dissolved in water,didnt join with fibroin protein so the aprotic solvent didn′t influence fibroin protein.In the other side,bipolar aprotic solvent and protic solvent may cause quality change and β structure of fibroin protein in the solution and lower solubility,sperate fibroin protein from the solution.
