万艾可和安特尔联合用药与单一用药治疗中老年男子性功能障碍的对照研究

Control study on the combined and singles treatment with Viagra and Andriol in the treatment of mid-aging ED

目的探讨万艾可与安特尔联合用药治疗中老年男子性功能障碍如何发挥两药的最佳效果。方法采用随机对照研究方法将45名ED患者分为两个对照组和一个研究组,分别观察记录治疗前、后1、2、3个月时的IIEF、PADAM症状评分及性激素的变化。结果IIEF、PADAM评分及有关性激素的变化表明研究组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论联合用药既增强了性欲又改善了阴茎的供血状态,明显地提高了性生活的质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Viagra combined with Andriol in the treatment of mid-aging ED. Methods 45 patients were divided into two control groups and one study group with randomly. The score of IIEF, the score of PADAM and relevant sexual hormones were measured before and after treatment, respectively. Results The changes of the score of IIEF and PADAM and relevant sexual hormones revealed that the erectile function of the study group was significantly improved than control group. Conclusion The combined treatment can increase the sex desire and improve the blood supply of penis, which apparently boost the quality of sex life.
