摘要
研究结果表明,甲醛处理使菜籽饼和豆饼蛋白质的动态降解率分别下降了15%(P<0.01)和35%(P<0.01),蛋白质快速降解部分和缓慢降解部分的降解速度均极显著下降.处理菜籽饼日粮的粗蛋白质消化率显著高于对照日粮和处理两饼日粮(P<0.05);与对照日粮相比,菜籽饼日粮和两饼日粮的氮代谢率分别提高了25.6%(P<0.05)和23.4%(P<0.05),氮沉积率分别提高了34.7%(P<0.05)和23.8%(P>0.05).日补饲1.2,1.8kg甲醛处理菜籽饼的培育牛,其日增重分别比补饲未处理者提高14.9%(P<0.05)和19.6%(P<0.05)
This study was purposed to investigate the rumen degradation and utilization of protein of rapeseed meal(RSM) and formaldehyde(HCHO) treated RSM (TRSM),and their effect on growth of heifers.The results are as follow. With HCHO treatment,effective degradation of protein decreased by 15( P <0.01) and 35( P <0.01) percent units for RSM and soybean meal(SBM)respectively. Apparent digestibility of crude protein was significantly higher for diet with inclusion of TRSM (TRUS) than that for control diet (URUS) or diet with inclusion of TRSM and treated SBM (TRTS)( P <0.05).Proportion of nitrogen(N) retention (Nr) to digestible N intake was 25.6% ( P <0.05) and 23.4% ( P <0.05) higher for diet TRUS and TRTS than that for URUS respectively. Consequently,proportion of Nr to N intake was 34.7% ( P <0.05) and 23.8%( P >0.05) higher for diet TRUS and TRTS than that for URUS respectively.The liveweight gains for heifers daily offered 1.2 kg or 1.8 kg TRSM were 14.9% ( P <0.05) or 19.6% ( P <0.05) higher than those for heifers fed RSM at the same level,respectively.It is concluded that HCHO treatment can greatly improve the efficiency of protein utilization of RSM and heifer′s performance.
