摘要 用2,6──二氯酚靛酚滴定法测定了66种植物(野生植物50种,水果2种,蔬菜14种)中维生素C的含量,实验结果表明:1、野生植物中Vc含量(6.27~119.06mg)明显高于水果蔬菜(1.56~74.38mg),如反枝苋(Vc含量89.04~mg)、荠菜(Vc含量52.92mg)等许多可食性野菜可作为Vc的另一重要来源。2、不同科别的植物,同一科别的不同品种,同一品种的不同植株,Vc含量不同。植物的生长时期不同,Vc含量也不同。3、同一植株的不同部位Vc含量不同。如芹菜茎Vc含量为2.80mg,芹菜叶为46.45mg。另外,样品新鲜程度不同,Vc含量也不同。 Determination of vitamin C content in 66 kinds of plants is done by the method of dichlorophenolindophenol (including 50 kinds of plants,2 kinds of fruit and 14 types of vegetable).The experiment tells:(1) Vitamin C content in wild plant(6.27~119.06mg) is apparently higher than that in fruit and vegetable (1.56~74.38mg).For example,vitamin C contentin wild three-coloured retroflexus Amaranthus is 89.04mg,and that in Capsella Shepherdspurse is 52.92mg,and other edible plants,some of which could be taken as another important source of vitamin C.(2)Vitamin C content is different among different families,different strains of the same family and different bodies of the same strain.It also differs among the plants of differnt growing period.(3) Vitamin C content differs among different parts of the body.For example, that in the stem of Apium graveolens is 2.80mg,while in the leaf is 46.45mg.In addition, vitamin C content is different among the samples of different freshness.
