婴儿期喂养方式与中国学龄前儿童乳牙龋病关系的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of the Relationship Between the Feeding Methods in Infants and the Incidence of Deciduous Caries in Preschool Children in China

目的:探讨婴儿期喂养方式与中国学龄前儿童乳牙龋病发病的关系.方法:检索中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBMdisc)、中国期刊网全文数据库,收集国内1998-01-2004-12研究婴儿期喂养方式与学龄前儿童乳牙龋病发病的相关文献,对符合条件的研究进行Meta分析,计算合并优势比,评价婴儿期不同喂养方式与学龄前儿童乳牙龋病发病的关系.采用RevMan软件进行数据分析.结果:符合纳入标准的文献共5篇,总样本量2 476例.其中母乳喂养组1 409例,患龋人数545例,人工喂养组1067例,患龋人数745例;合并OR值是2.87,95%的可信区间为1.21～6.81.结论:婴儿期采用人工喂养的儿童发生乳牙龋齿的危险性是采用母乳喂养儿童的2.87倍,采用母乳喂养能有效预防学龄前儿童乳牙龋齿的发生.

AIM ：To explore the relationship between the feeding methods in infants and the incidence of deciduous looth caries in preschool children in China. METHODS： From Jan. 1998 to Dec. 2004, the references on the relationship between he feeding methods in infants and the incidence of deciduous tooth caries in preschool chihlren eollected by Chinese Biomedical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System for Compact Disc（CBMdisc） and China Academic Journals Full - text Datalase were adopted with research criteria and analyzed by means of meta - analysis. The odds ratio was calculalede and the relalionship between the different feeding methods in infamts and the incidence of deciduous Jooth earies in presehool children was evaluated. RevMan4, 2 solid, are was applied to process data, RESULTS：Totally 5 referelwes aceorded with research eriteria including 2476 cases were analyzed. The cases in breasl - feeding group were 1409, in which 545 eases had decayed deciduous teeth,while in bottle -feeding group they were 1067 and 745 respeelively, The pooled OR was 2, 87, with a confidential interval （ 1. 21 - 6. 81 ）. CONCLUSION ：The overall OR for incidence of deciduons tooth caries in preschool chilbren was increased to 2.87 in bottle - feeding group compared with breast - feeding gronp. Breast -fceding in infants conld prevent the preschool ehild from deciduous tooth caries.
