This essay takes into account the socialist economic construction and the educational reform, then explores the professional pressure teachers are faced with from the four perspectives： school, society, parents and students. It comes up with countermeasures, which are beneficial for teachers to orient themselves and do the job right to accomplish the mission that the society has entrusted on us.
